Re-registration & Accommodation Check-in
Participant reception, document verification, distribution of seminar kits, and room check-in process at Mercure Convention Center Ancol.
16:00 - 18:00 WIB
Opening Worship Service (Plenary Session I)
Grand opening service with the main sermon themed "Clay Jars in the Potter's Hands", introducing the vision of the true calling of God's servants in Indonesia.
19:00 - 21:00 WIB
Welcome Dinner & Regional Fellowship
Dinner fellowship with all participants from 34 provinces followed by introduction and bonding sessions per ministry region.
07:30 - 08:30 WIB
Morning Prayer & Quiet Time
Starting the day with united intercessory prayer, lifting requests for GKRI's ministry and the harvest of souls in the archipelago.
09:00 - 12:00 WIB
Plenary Session II & Optional Seminars (Workshops)
In-depth thematic study through elective seminars (Leadership Class, Digital Media, Family Counseling, and Missiology).
14:00 - 17:00 WIB
Panel Discussion: "Ministry Challenges of the 21st Century"
Interactive session with national clergy leaders, discussing the relevance of church ministry amidst digitization and social change.
19:00 - 21:30 WIB
Fellowship Night & Intercession for the Nation
A night of deep praise and worship, combined with joint prayers for church unity and peace in Indonesia.
08:00 - 10:00 WIB
Plenary Session III (Evaluation & Synod Work Direction)
Presentation of GKRI synod work programs moving forward, synergy among local churches, and discussion of strategic recommendations for national ministry progress.
10:30 - 12:30 WIB
Closing Worship Service & Sending of Clergy
The peak service, Holy Communion, and sending ceremony for all servants of God to return to their respective ministry fields with renewed spirit.
13:00 WIB - Selesai
Lunch & Hotel Check-out
Final session of the event, distribution of certificates, closing lunch, and preparation for the return of clergy to their respective regions.
